As a reseller, you are expected to be an expert in your field and have solid knowledge about the Burst SMS system so you can best assist your customers. 

We realize there is a learning and discovery process that you need to go through when learning any new system. That's why we have a created a generically branded user guide in the help section of your reseller account footer which your client can download and use. Included also is a generic FAQ.

We are also able to take a reasonable number of technical support enquiries should you or your clients get stuck. To request for help, submit a ticket and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Do give us up to 24 hours to acknowledge and answer your enquiries. We will do our very best to get back to everyone immediately.
